Common use of Continuing Lien Clause in Contracts

Continuing Lien. Subject to Section 1405(a), Indenture shall create a continuing Lien on the Collateral that shall (i) remain in full force and effect until all Obligations have been paid and/or satisfied in full, (ii) be binding upon the Company and its successors and assigns and (iii) enure to the benefit of the Trustee and its successors, transferees and assigns.
