Common use of Continuing Nature of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Continuing Nature of Provisions. This Agreement shall continue to be effective, and shall not be revocable by any party hereto, until the First Lien Obligation Payment Date shall have occurred. This is a continuing agreement and the First Lien Secured Parties and the Second Lien Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrower or any other Credit Party on the faith hereof.

This is a continuing agreement and the First Lien Priority Secured Parties and the Second Lien Priority Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrower any Company or any other Credit Party Grantor on the faith hereof.

This is a continuing agreement and the First Lien Secured Parties, the Second Lien Secured Parties and the Second Third Lien Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrower or any other Credit Party Parties on the faith hereof.

This is a continuing agreement and the First Lien Secured Parties and the Second Lien Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrower Company or any other Credit Loan Party on the faith hereof.

This Agreement shall continue to be effective, and shall not be revocable by any party hereto, until the Discharge of the First Lien Obligation Payment Date Obligations and the Discharge of the Second Lien Obligations shall have occurred. This is a continuing agreement and the First Lien Secured Parties and the Second Lien Junior Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrower Company or any other Credit Party on the faith hereofin reliance upon this Agreement.
