Continuing Obligation of Borrower. The terms, conditions, and covenants set forth herein and in the Loan Documents shall survive closing and shall constitute a continuing obligation of the Borrower during the course of the transaction contemplated herein. The obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement shall remain in effect so long as any Obligation is outstanding, unpaid or unsatisfied between the Borrower or any Guarantor and the Lender.
