Continuing Obligation to Inform. From time to time prior to the ------------------------------- Closing, the Company Stockholders will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Buyer supplemental information concerning events subsequent to the Agreement Date that would render any statement, representation or warranty in this Agreement or any information contained in any Schedule attached hereto inaccurate or incomplete at any time after the Agreement Date until the Closing Date; provided, that such supplemental information shall not constitute an amendment of any statement, representation or warranty in this Agreement or any Schedule, Exhibit or document furnished pursuant hereto.
