Continuing Obligation to Perform. In the event of any dispute between Provider and the Board, Provider shall expeditiously and diligently proceed with the performance of all of its obligations under this Agreement with a reservation of all rights and remedies it may have under or pursuant to this Agreement at law or in equity.
