Common use of Continuing Obligation Clause in Contracts

Continuing Obligation. The obligations, duties and liabilities of Employee pursuant to Articles Three and Four of this Agreement are continuing, absolute and unconditional and shall remain in full force and effect as provided herein and survive the termination of this Agreement.

Continuing Obligation. The obligations, duties and liabilities of Employee pursuant to Articles Three and Four of this Agreement and of the Employer pursuant to Section 3.04(b) of this Agreement are continuing, absolute and unconditional and shall remain in full force and effect as provided herein and survive the termination of this Agreement.

Continuing Obligation. The obligations, duties and liabilities of Employee Executive pursuant to Articles Three and Four of this Agreement are continuing, absolute and unconditional and shall remain in full force and effect as provided herein and survive the termination of this Agreement.

Continuing Obligation. The obligations, duties and liabilities of Employee pursuant to Articles Three and Four and Section 7.11 of this Agreement are continuing, absolute and unconditional and shall remain in full force and effect as provided herein and survive the termination of this Agreementherein.
