Continuing Obligations and Remedies During Event of Default. In the event of the occurrence of any default hereunder (a) neither Party shall be relieved of any of its liabilities or obligations hereunder, unless and until such liabilities and obligations are terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof, and (b) each Party shall have the right to pursue any right or remedy available to it hereunder.
