Continuing Obligations and Rights. When any Dispute occurs and is the subject of negotiations or litigation, Contractor shall continue the Work in accordance with the Project Schedule and the terms hereof and Company shall continue to make payments of undisputed amounts in accordance with the Contract Documents, and the Parties shall otherwise continue to exercise their rights, and fulfill their respective obligations, under the Contract Documents. 17.5
