Continuing Obligations; Survival. 13.3.1 Termination of this Agreement for any reason will not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing prior thereto and any ongoing obligations hereunder and will be without prejudice to the rights and remedies of either Party with respect to any antecedent breach of the provisions of this Agreement.
