Common use of Continuing Obligations under Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Obligations under Agreement. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason each Party will be released from all obligations to the other arising after the date of expiration or termination, except that expiration or termination of this Agreement will not relieve Consultant or the Company of their respective obligations under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, nor will expiration or termination of this Agreement relieve Consultant or the Company from any liability arising from any breach of this Agreement.
