Common use of Continuing ownership of Product by the Client Clause in Contracts

Continuing ownership of Product by the Client. The Client maintains property in, and title to, the Product (or, where relevant, the Client's Entitlement) throughout the term of this Agreement, and acknowledges and agrees that the Product is handled and stored by QBT at the Client's risk.
