Continuing performance of obligations. From the end of the Lease Period until the Ship has been sold in accordance with clause 2, the Lessee shall, at no cost to the Lessor, but subject to the Lessor permitting the Lessee continued possession of the Ship, continue to perform all its obligations under this Agreement other than its obligations to pay Rental and, in particular, it shall continue to perform its undertakings under clauses 9 to 14.
