Common use of Continuing Registration and Re-Registration Clause in Contracts

Continuing Registration and Re-Registration. The Loan Trustee, the Noteholders, the Subordination Agent and each Pass Through Trustee agree to execute and deliver, at the Company’s expense, all such documents and consents as the Company may reasonably request for the purpose of continuing the registration of the Aircraft at the FAA in the Company’s name or for the purpose of registering or maintaining any registration on the International Registry in respect of the Aircraft.
