Continuing Representation and Warranty. The representations set out in this Deed are made on the date of this Deed. Unless a representation is expressed to be given at a specific date, each representation under this Deed is deemed to be repeated by Mortgagor on each date during the Security Period. When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.
