Continuing Residence Standard Clause Samples

The Continuing Residence Standard clause establishes requirements for a party to maintain a certain status of residence, typically in a specific location, throughout the duration of an agreement or contract. This clause may require, for example, that a tenant or employee continue to reside at a particular address or within a certain jurisdiction as a condition for ongoing eligibility or benefits. Its core practical function is to ensure stability and compliance with location-based obligations, thereby preventing issues that could arise if the party were to relocate or change their residence during the relevant period.
