Continuing Responsibilities of Affiliated Airline and Airline. Notwithstanding the occurrence of an Affiliated Airline Event of Default, Affiliated Airline and Airline, jointly and severally, shall remain liable to the Authority for all Airline Fees and Charges payable hereunder and for all preceding breaches of any covenant of this Affiliate Agreement. Furthermore, unless the Authority elects to cancel this Affiliate Agreement, Affiliated Airline and Airline, jointly and severally, shall remain liable for and promptly pay all Airline Fees and Charges accruing hereunder until termination of this Affiliate Agreement as set forth in Article 4.
