Common use of Continuing Responsibilities of Airline Clause in Contracts

Continuing Responsibilities of Airline. Notwithstanding the occurrence of any event of default, AIRLINE shall remain liable to AUTHORITY for all rentals, fees, and charges payable hereunder and for all preceding breaches of any covenant of this Agreement. Furthermore, unless AUTHORITY elects to cancel this Agreement, AIRLINE shall remain liable for and promptly pay all rentals, fees, and charges accruing hereunder until termination of this Agreement as set forth in Article 3 or until this Agreement is canceled by AIRLINE pursuant to Article 13.

Furthermore, unless AUTHORITY Authority elects to cancel this Agreement, AIRLINE Airline shall remain liable for and promptly pay all rentals, fees, fees and charges accruing hereunder until termination the expiration of this Agreement as set forth in Article 3 II or until this Agreement is canceled cancelled by AIRLINE Airline pursuant to Article 13XI.

Furthermore, unless AUTHORITY the Aviation Commission elects to cancel this Agreement, AIRLINE Airline shall remain liable for and promptly pay all rentals, fees, Rentals and charges Fees accruing hereunder until termination the term of this Agreement has expired as set forth in Article 3 4 or until this Agreement is canceled terminated by AIRLINE Airline pursuant to Article 13Section 13.01.
