Continuing Reviews Clause Samples

The Continuing Reviews clause establishes a requirement for ongoing assessments or evaluations throughout the duration of an agreement or project. Typically, this means that the parties must periodically review progress, compliance, or performance, often at set intervals or upon reaching certain milestones. For example, a research contract might require quarterly reviews to ensure objectives are being met and to address any issues that arise. The core function of this clause is to provide a structured mechanism for monitoring and maintaining standards, thereby enabling early identification and resolution of problems and ensuring that the agreement remains on track.
