Continuing Rights Under Equity Plan. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, upon a termination of employment, Executive’s rights and obligations post-termination with respect to awards made under the Equity Plan shall be determined in accordance with the Equity Plan and Section 4 hereof.
