Continuing Security and Non-Merger. 11.1 The security constituted by this Charge shall be continuing and shall not be considered as satisfied or discharged by any intermediate payment or settlement of the whole or any part of the Secured Obligations or any other matter or thing whatsoever and shall be binding until all the Secured Obligations have been unconditionally and irrevocably paid and discharged in full. 11.2 This Charge is in addition to and shall not merge with or otherwise prejudice or affect any banker’s lien, right to combine and consolidate accounts, right of set-off or any other contractual or other right or remedy or any guarantee, lien, pledge, xxxx, note, charge or other security now or hereafter held by or available to the Chargee.
