Continuing Security Interest; Assignments Under this Agreement; Release. (a) This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be binding in accordance with and to the extent of its terms upon Debtor and the successors and assigns thereof and shall inure to the benefit of the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties and their respective successors, endorsees, transferees and assigns permitted under this Agreement until the Termination Date (subject to the reinstatement provision of section 6 below).
