CONTINUITY AND AFFIRMATION OF OBLIGATIONS. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other document or agreement, the indebtedness of the Company under the Existing Note Purchase Agreement and the Existing Notes shall not be or be deemed to be paid or discharged or novated hereby and shall continue in full force and effect as amended hereby.
