Continuous Effect Sample Clauses

Continuous Effect. The terms of this Second Amendment shall not operate as a waiver by the Agent or the Lender, or otherwise prejudice the rights, remedies or powers of the Agent or the Lender under the Loan Documents or under applicable law. Except as expressly provided herein: (x) no terms and provisions of the Loan Documents are modified or changed by this Second Amendment; and (y) the terms and provisions of the Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect.

Continuous Effect. The Company will keep any registration or post-effective amendment filed under Section 2 (Registration Rights) current under the Act until the earliest of (i) the date that all of the Registrable Securities have been sold pursuant to the registration, (ii) the date that the Registrable Securities may be sold under the provisions of Rule 144(k) or (iii) the date that is one year following of the effective date of the registration.

  • Continuous Employment For purposes of this Agreement, the continuous employment of the Grantee with the Company or a Subsidiary shall not be deemed to have been interrupted, and the Grantee shall not be deemed to have ceased to be an employee of the Company or Subsidiary, by reason of (a) the transfer of the Grantee’s employment among the Company and its Subsidiaries or (b) an approved leave of absence.
