Continuous Perfection of Security Interests. If the Officer's Certificate required to be delivered by Lessee pursuant to Section 10.3(b) of the Lease shall indicate that any of the Equipment has been relocated, then Lessee will provide to the Agent, together with the Officer's Certificate, evidence in form and substance satisfactory to Agent that all filings, recordings, registrations and other actions, including the filing of duly executed Lender Financing Statements and Lessor Financing Statements, necessary or, in the reasonable opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the Liens granted by the Security Documents shall have been completed.
