Common use of Continuous Pledge Clause in Contracts

Continuous Pledge. Each Pledgor will at all times keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto, on a first-priority, perfected basis (subject only to Permitted Liens) all Distributions and other Proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any of the Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Each Pledgor will at all times keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant heretohereto all Pledged Shares, on a first-priorityall Dividends and Distributions received following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default with respect thereto, perfected basis (subject only to Permitted Liens) and all Distributions and other Proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any of the Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Each Pledgor will at all times keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant heretohereto all Collateral (including all other instruments, on a first-priorityproceeds, perfected basis (subject only to Permitted Liens) all Distributions and other Proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such the Pledgor in respect of any of Collateral) except as otherwise provided in the CollateralCredit Agreement or any other Loan Document.

Continuous Pledge. Each Pledgor will at all times keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant heretohereto all Pledged Interests, on a first-priorityall Dividends received during the existence and continuation of an Event of Default and Distributions with respect thereto, perfected basis (subject only to Permitted Liens) and all Distributions and other Proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any of the Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Each Pledgor will at all times keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant heretohereto all Pledged Interests, on a first-priorityall Dividends received during the existence of an Event of Default and Distributions with respect thereto, perfected basis (subject only to Permitted Liens) and all Distributions and other Proceeds and rights from time to time received Collateral pledged by such Pledgor, except as otherwise permitted under this Agreement or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any of the Collateralother Loan Document.
