Common use of Continuous Pledge Clause in Contracts

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4 and 2.9, each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Equity Interests and all other Equity Interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, all Pledged Notes, all interest, principal and other proceeds received by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Pledged Notes, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4 and 2.92.4, each the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Equity Interests Shares and all other Equity Interests Capital Securities constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, all Pledged Notes, all interest, principal and other proceeds received by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Pledged Notes, and all other Collateral and other securitiesCapital Securities, instruments, proceeds, proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral. Any Distributions on Pledged Shares consisting of Capital Securities will be certificated.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4 and 2.92.4, each Pledgor will, at all timestimes prior to the Termination Date, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Equity Interests and all other Equity Interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, all Pledged Notes, all interest, principal and other proceeds received by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Pledged Notes, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.
