Common use of CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE DATE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE DATE. As used herein, the Contract Acceptance Date shall be defined as the date on which all provisions of the Contract have been accepted and agreed by all parties to the Contract, and the document reflecting the final signatures and/or initials of acceptance has been physically delivered to the other party and/or their designated agent (“Contract Acceptance Date”).
