CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE DATE. As used herein, the Contract Acceptance Date shall be defined as the date on which 490 all provisions of the Contract have been accepted and agreed by all parties to the Contract, and the document reflecting the final 491 signatures of acceptance has been physically delivered to the other party (“Contract Acceptance Date”).
