Common use of CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE DATE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE DATE. As used herein, the Contract Acceptance Date shall be defined as the date on which all provisions of the Contract have been accepted and agreed by all parties to the Contract, and the document reflecting the final signatures and/or initials of acceptance has been physically delivered to the other party and/or their designated agent (“Contract Acceptance Date”). The undersigned parties have read and fully understand the foregoing offer and hereby acknowledge that both Purchaser and Seller are in agreement to all terms and conditions set forth in the offer.
