Contract Award/Commencement. Upon submittal of its response to CMHA’s Solicitation, Contractor is accepting the terms of this Agreement. Upon issuance of award to Contractor, CMHA is accepting Contractor’s offer contained in the Fee Submission and/or Best and Final Offer. No other contractual documents will be necessary or accepted unless specifically expressed in the Contract Award and Acceptance. The Contract commences upon the date specified in CMHA’s execution and issuance of a Contract Award and Acceptance.
