Contract Cancellation by Student. No Contract cancellation by a student is effective unless it meets the requirements set forth in this Section II U.: 1. To cancel residential services, the student must submit an electronic Housing Cancellation Request Form. This form is available on the Housing and Residence Life website at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/apply/cancellations and must be accessed by the student logging into their housing account. The date of receipt of the request for housing cancellation will determine the student’s financial obligation to the University. 2.
