Contract Close Out: Substantial Completion. The Owner/Lessor shall notify the State when the work will be substantially complete and ready for inspection and preparation of a list of minor replacement, correction, adjustment and touch-up items. All concerned parties shall attend the substantial completion inspection. The Owner/Lessor shall complete all work required by the date set for final acceptance by the State. Provide a pest control application for the elimination and/or control of insects and rodents 1 week before State move-in.
