Contract Closeout. The Provider Agency shall comply with all requirements of Policy Circular P7.01, Contract Closeout, including the timely submittal of the Final Report of Expenditures and any other financial or programmatic reports required by the Department. All required documentation is due within 120 Days of Contract Expiration, Non-renewal or Termination.

Contract Closeout. Upon completion of all Programs and Activities required for the Contract, and pursuant to SECTION 2.03 hereof, Subrecipient shall prepare final Program Completion Reports confirming final performance measures, budgets, and expenses and the GLO will close the Contract in accordance with 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.343 through 200.345 and GLO CDBG-DR guidelines consistent therewith. The GLO will notify Subrecipient via official closeout letter upon review of the final Program Completion Report.
Contract Closeout. USBE shall pay Contractor for all Procurement Items ordered prior to termination of this Contract and accepted by USBE. USBE’s exercise of its right to terminate this Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any liability to USBE for any damages or claims arising under this Contract. USBE shall not be liable for any penalties or liquidated damages that accrue after the effective date of termination.
