CONTRACT COMPLIANCE AND PAY FOR OUTCOMES. If Contractor’s 2020 measurement year rate is at or below the 25th percentile and above the 10th percentile of NCQA 2021 Quality Compass, Contractor is eligible to receive an incentive payment equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the amount of the Performance Withhold at risk. If Contractor’s 2020 measurement year rate is at or below the 10th percentile of NCQA 2021 Quality Compass, Contractor is eligible to receive an incentive payment equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Performance Withhold at risk.

CONTRACT COMPLIANCE AND PAY FOR OUTCOMES. If Contractor’s 2020 measurement year rate is at or below the 25th percentile and above the 10th 75th percentile of NCQA 2021 Quality Compass, Contractor is eligible to receive an incentive payment equal to seventy-seventy five percent (75%) of the amount of the Performance Withhold at risk. If Contractor’s 2020 measurement year rate is at or below above the 10th 90th percentile of NCQA 2021 Quality Compass, Contractor is eligible to receive an incentive payment equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Performance Withhold at risk.
