Contract Construction. The titles assigned to the various Articles of this Agreement are for convenience. Titles shall not be considered restrictive of the subject matter of any Article or other part of this Agreement. Likewise, the provisions of purpose in this Agreement are intended to be a general introduction and are not intended to expand the scope of the Parties' obligations or alter the plain meaning of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
