CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND AGREEMENT. The order placed under this specification shall be governed by the terms and conditions as incorporated in this section of the specification and as given in the purchase order and its annexure(s). The terms and conditions as specified in this section, if differ from the terms as indicated in the purchase order and its annexures, the later shall prevail. The contract shall for all purposes be constructed according to the law of India and subject to jurisdiction of procuring entity Jaipur court only. For the due fulfillment of the contract, the supplier shall execute an agreement in the prescribed form on non-judicial stamp paper of Govt. of Rajasthan worth Rs. 5000/- or as per the stamp duty made applicable by Government of Rajasthan at time of signing of contract agreement. Such agreement shall be executed and signed by the competent authority of the supplier on each page thereof. The original copy is only to be executed on the stamp paper. Such complete agreement form along with the contract documents shall be required to be returned to the Purchaser within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order duly signed on each page. One copy of the executed agreement duly signed by the Purchaser shall be sent to the supplier for his reference. The contract documents shall mean and include the following;
