Contract Documents Incorporated. The following documents are expressly agreed to be incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. 1. Escambia County Disaster Debris Management Plan; 2. FEMA Publication FP-104-009-2 Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide; and 3. FEMA Xxxxx Conversion Table. By signing this Agreement, Contractor acknowledges receipt of the documents referenced above and agrees to comply with the rules, regulations and policies provided therein.
