Contract Drawings. The Contract Drawings provided for tendering purpose with the tender documents shall be used as a reference only. Contractor should visualize the nature and type of work contemplated and to ensure that the rates and prices quoted by him in the ▇▇▇▇ of quantities take due consideration of the complexities of work involved during actual execution / construction as experienced contractors in the field. The tendered rates / prices for the work shall be deemed to include the cost of preparation, supply and delivery of all necessary drawings, prints, tracings and negatives which the contractor is required to provide in accordance with the contract.
Contract Drawings. All drawings shall be drawn and provided in the AutoCAD format version operating in Microsoft Windows operating system currently being used by the Owner. No translations from other format versions will be allowed. Electronic documents shall be provided to the Owner upon request. At a minimum, PDF versions of all submittal documents and PDF and AutoCAD versions of bid documents and record drawings shall be provided.
Contract Drawings. A In general, the Drawings shall indicate dimensions, position and type of construction. The Specifications shall indicate the qualities and the methods. The Bill of Quantities shall indicate the quantum and the rate for each item of work. Any work indicated on the Drawings and not mentioned in the specifications or vice versa shall be deemed as though fully set forth in both. Work not specifically detailed, called for, marked or specified shall be the same as similar parts that are detailed, marked or specified.
Contract Drawings. Drawings and other data designated as Contract Drawings prepared by Engineer for this Contract which show the character and scope of the Work to be performed and are referred to in the Contract Documents.

Contract Drawings. A list of contract drawings is available in Section 2 of this document.
Contract Drawings. Any work shown in the Contract Drawings or in drawings or materials supplied by Contractor but not mentioned in the Contract Specifications and any work mentioned in the Contract Specifications but not shown in the Contract Drawings shall be performed as if both mentioned in the Contract Specifications and set forth in the Contract Drawings. Should any conflict or discrepancy appear or any disagreement arise in the interpretation of either the Contract Drawings or the Contract Specifications, such will be subject to the provisions of Section 40.3 hereof.
Contract Drawings. Engineer shall issue from time to time free of charge two sets of Contract Drawings, Approved for Construction, to the Contractor and one copy thereof to the Employer. Additional copies as and when required shall be supplied by the Engineer and costs shall be reimbursed by the Contractor. In case the issue of drawings does not conform to the programme as planned and approved, the contractor shall immediately submit a revised programme so that; by deployment of adequate resources, the Work is completed within the stipulated time period. The Project Management Consultant may from time to time during the course of contract issue the Contractor with revised contract drawings and the Contractor shall ensure that all superseded drawings are removed from site and stored in a lockable cabinet as directed by the Engineer and replaced by revised contract drawings. The Contractor shall ensure that a complete up to date Register of Drawing is maintained at Site. All Contract Drawings shall be properly filed and indexed for ready reference. The Contractor shall ensure that only the valid up to date contract drawings are used for preparation of working drawings, setting out, construction etc.

6.5 Changes and Additions to Work By mutual acceptance of both the Owner and the Architect, changes in work from that work described in this Contract, including changes in original design standards and changes in previously completed final plans may be accomplished by amendment to this Contract. Each amendment will describe the revision or addition of work in detail. The associated cost of the revised or additional work will be defined, and an adjustment to the payment schedule (if applicable) contained in this Contract will be provided. Any change to the contract time will also be defined in each amendment. Each amendment must be signed and dated by both the Owner and the Architect.
6.6 Delays and Extensions Changes in the estimated time schedule, as may be required by the Owner or the Architect, will be in writing, setting forth the reason for delay or extension, and the estimated time adjustment necessary or as provided in Article 6.5 – Changes and Additions to Work.
6.7 General Compliance with Laws Unless otherwise specified, this Contract will be governed by the laws of the principal address of the Owner. The Architect agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws applicable to the work.
