Common use of Contract for Primary Servicing Clause in Contracts

Contract for Primary Servicing. The Master Servicer, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Primary Servicer, and the Primary Servicer, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Master Servicer, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the primary servicing of the Mortgage Loans by the Primary Servicer, such primary servicing to commence on the Closing Date. Simultaneously with such execution and delivery, the parties hereby acknowledge the provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the Primary Servicer shall deliver to the Master Servicer an Officer's Certificate of the Primary Servicer, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, including all attachments thereto.
