Contract for Services Plan. a. The District may offer retirees the opportunity to enter into an ancillary services contractual agreement. b. A participant approved for this plan shall receive a contract stating the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the duration and the number of days of service per year. Compensation rate will be equivalent to the number of days of service times the per diem rate of pay which the participant was earning upon retirement. c. An application for a retiree contract shall be filed with the Human Resources office by the unit member/retiree interested in this option.
