Contract for Servicing; Transfer of Distressed Mortgage Loans. (a) The Seller, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Special Servicer as an independent contractor, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the servicing of the Transferred Mortgage Loans.
