Contract General Terms and Conditions. Purpose The purpose of this Contract is to acquire the expertise necessary to assist OHCA in successfully carrying out functions described in Section A. Contract General Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the clauses contained in this contract must be considered as general conditions of the contract, for the purposes indicated in Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of the Hiring ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as a predisposing, has expressly and previously informed the HOLDER, as an adherent, of the existence of the general terms and conditions listed in this document. The HOLDER states that he knows the conditions, that he understands them and that, accordingly, he accepts their incorporation into the contract.
