• Execution in Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement.

• Signature in Counterparts This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument.

• IN COUNTERPARTS This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which taken together will constitute one and the same instrument.

• Executed Counterparts From each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy transmission of a signed signature page to this Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

• Multiple Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which is deemed an original but all constitute one and the same instrument.

• Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
