Contract interpretation provision. (a) The headings or captions used in these General Provisions are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute a part of the Contract, nor shall they be used in interpreting the contract. (b) The Agreement supersedes all contemporaneous or prior negotiations, representations, course of dealing, or agreements, either written or oral. No modifications to the Agreement shall be effective unless it is the Authority’s unilateral modification made in writing signed by the Authority or such modification is a bilateral modification made in writing signed by the Authority and the Contractor.
