CONTRACT LENGTH FOR LICENSED STAFF. The contract length for first year probationary teachers (P-1s) will be extended by three days during their first year. The additional days are necessary to address Poudre School District orientation and the required state induction program for probationary staff. The probationary teachers will be paid the staff development rate for these additional days that they work.
