Contract Maximum Funding Sample Clauses

Contract Maximum Funding. Total payments under this Contract shall in no event exceed the total contract maximum. Payments shall be based on Exhibit B-3: Method and Rate of Reimbursement (Rate Sheet). Any change in the contract maximum shall be made through an amendment to this Contract.
