Contract Performance Security. 13.03 If CoastalNRM terminates this Agreement, the Contract Performance Security will only be returned to the Contractor if the termination is occasioned by an Act of God, unsuitable weather, natural disaster, withdrawal of labour in labour disputes, or any other unforseeable cause clearly beyond the control of the Contractor.
