Common use of Contract preconditions Clause in Contracts

Contract preconditions. (a) Subject to clauses 2.1(b) and 2.2, your Market Agreement starts when you accept the Offer. (b) If permitted by the Energy Laws, we may cancel your Market Agreement at any time by giving you written notice if: (i) we are not satisfied with information you have provided to us about your eligibility for the Offer; (ii) you do not pay us any requested Security Deposit, or otherwise meet our credit requirements; (iii) the Supply Address is or becomes connected to an Embedded Network; or (iv) the transfer process referred to in clause 2.3(c) is delayed and does not occur on your next scheduled meter read or the date we schedule a special meter read with you.
