Common use of Contract Price Basis Clause in Contracts

Contract Price Basis. The Contract Price is based on Seller’s design, manufacture, testing and delivery of the Liquefaction Train System pursuant to: (a) Seller’s design criteria, manufacturing processes and procedures and quality assurance program; (b) those industry specifications, codes and standards that are (i) identified in Appendix C (Scope of Supply & Project Schedule) or (ii) otherwise applicable to the Liquefaction Train System or Seller’s obligations under the Agreement; (c) those Laws in effect as of the Effective Date, which are applicable to the Liquefaction Train System or Seller’s obligations under the Agreement; and (d) the specifications and other requirements contained in the Agreement, including Appendix C (Scope of Supply & Project Schedule).
