Contract Pricing. (a) Firm-Fixed-Price CLINs: The price schedule below sets forth the FFP CLINs that include Transition, IT Capital Planning, IT Strategic Planning and Architecture, IT Mission Systems Support, IT Cyber Security, EMCBC Support, Records Management, Green IT, IT Services and Infrastructure, Program Strategic Initiatives, EM Correspondence Center (EMCC) Support, and Phase Out and Closeout. The Firm-Fixed-Price CLINs correspond to Section CPerformance Work Statement, and all applicable attachments. (b) Cost Reimbursable CLINs: The price schedule also includes Non-Fee Bearing Cost Reimbursable CLINs for ODC costs. These CLINs are established as Government Provided Costs that are non-fee bearing. These costs are the Government’s best estimate of the expected actual cost of these portions of the work. during performance of this contract, including all allowable/allocable/reasonable costs (excluding fee) for: non-labor training costs; non-labor travel costs; and additional equipment, hardware, and/or software necessary for performance of this contract, with the prior approval of the CO. Ceiling provisions are utilized (indirect rate ceilings) for the CR CLINs. The Government will not be obligated to pay any additional amount should the final indirect cost rates exceed the negotiated ceiling rates and in the event the final indirect cost rates are less than the negotiated ceiling rates, the negotiated rates will be reduced to conform with the lower rates. (c) IDIQ CLINs (Fixed Price Task Orders only): For the base and option periods, the Contractor shall furnish personnel, as required by Government-issued Fixed-Price task orders, necessary for the performance of work as described in PWS Sections; C.5.0, C.6.0, C.13.0 and C.15.0 for EM Cloud services; C.5.1 and C.15.0 for IT Mission System Support – Surge; and C.6.1 and C.15.0
