Survival of Terms. Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Contract, all payment obligations incurred prior to expiration or termination will survive, as will the following: Articles 11 through 14 survive the expiration or cancellation of this Contract. All other rights will cease upon expiration or termination of this Contract.

Survival of Terms. This Agreement shall apply to and bind Purchaser and the Company and their respective permitted assignees and transferees, heirs, legatees, executors, administrators and legal successors.

Survival of Terms. Termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason shall not release either Party from any liabilities or obligations set forth in this Agreement which (a) the Parties have expressly agreed shall survive any such termination, or (b) remain to be performed and by their nature would be intended to be applicable following any such termination or expiration. Any liabilities which have accrued prior to termination pursuant to the insurance and/or indemnification obligations set forth below shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Terms. Termination or expiration of this Contract shall not extinguish or prejudice the Department’s right to enforce this Contract with respect to any default or defect in the Services that has not been cured.

In addition to any statement that a specific term or paragraph survives the expiration or termination of this Contract, the following sections also survive: INDEMNIFICATION; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNIFICATION; RELATION TO COUNTY; OWNERSHIP OF WORK PRODUCT; AUDIT; COPYRIGHT; DISPUTE RESOLUTION; APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION; ATTORNEY’S FEES, AND DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION.
