Common use of CONTRACT (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. XXX 0000 15.1 Clause 8 of this Agreement confers benefits on the Representatives of the Independent Body and, subject to the remaining provisions of this clause, is intended to be enforceable by such Representatives by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. 15.2 Subject to Clause 15.1, the parties to this Agreement do not intend that any term of this Agreement should be enforceable, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000, by any person who is not a party to this Agreement. 15.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 15.1, and save in respect of Clause 8 which may not be rescinded or varied in a way which would be adverse to the rights of the Representatives of the Independent Body without the prior written consent of the Representatives of the Independent Body, this Agreement may be rescinded or varied in any way and at any time by the parties to this Agreement without the consent of any third party.
